If you follow the plan in Get Shortlisted and your CV, LinkedIn and Naukri profile aren't clearly stronger, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. You don't need to return the files.
Email info.simple365@gmail.com with the name, email or mobile number used at checkout and a line on why the kit didn't work for you.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking). Your bank may take another 5–7 working days to show it.
Because files are delivered instantly after payment, an order can't be cancelled once payment succeeds. You can still use the 7-day refund above.
If money was debited but you didn't get an order confirmation, or you were charged twice, email us. Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
